Anyone who sees my Pinterest boards knows I’m a pinning addict. I not only use it as a way to showcase my personal style, but I love finding inspiration through vintage pictures and old movies along the way. When I spotted this hairstyle I immediately wanted to recreate the look with a more modern touch and have been wearing it so much on the blog (see here) that I thought I would do a post on the look. I love to switch up my beauty routine frequently because trying new products is one of best of parts of blogging in my opinion. I’ve opted for a subtle glam look because honestly, false lashes and a complicated contour routine takes too much time in the morning. For this look I focused on three features and that was it-red lips, cat eye liner, and long lashes. I slightly contoured my cheek bones with the Anastasia Contour Palette (highly recommend!) and added a touch of blush to my cheeks for a subtle glow. I love looks like this because they are easily wearable during the day and seamlessly transition into the night.
